If you want to return your item(s) for any reason, simply return to us within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure you send us an email before returning your parcel. Email is email@example.com
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will send you a confirmation email, along with your credit note.
Your credit note will never expire, so you can take your time selecting the perfect replacement!
To be eligible for a credit note, please ensure, when returning your item, that it is in the same condition as when you received it. The item will be inspected upon return.
Faulty items will need to be returned to 9th Willow, where we can forward the item onto the supplier for inspection. Once we have received confirmation from the supplier, we will email you the outcome.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear can not be returned.
Please note, shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
